Halibut with Lemon-Coriander sauce - Halibut is such a lovely, light tasting fish, its hard to go wrong. This grilled halibut recipe gives it a little spice, and served with a homemade sauce, just to give a little variety.

Ingredients to make Halibut with Lemon-Coriander Sauce
5 Green New Mexican chiles,
-roasted, peeled, stems and Seeds, removed, chopped 1ts Garlic, minced
1/4 c Lemon juice
4 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 ts Ground coriander seeds
1 1/2 lb Halibut
4 tb vegetable oil
Directions to make Halibut with Lemon-Coriander Sauce
Step 1:Mix the chiles, garlic, lemon juice, cilantro, and coriander and use to marinate the fish overnight in a glass or ceramic dish.
Step 2:Remove the fish and combine the marinade with the vegetable oil.
