halibut steaksThis has to be one of the simplest recipes I’ve ever made. I usually don’t like cooking in the microwave but this turned out to be delicious. Be careful not to over cook though as all microwaves have different settings. Enjoy this delicious seafood recipe!

Ingredients to make Dijon Halibut Steaks:

1 / 2 cup mustard
1 / 2 cup Ranch Salad Dressing
2 Halibut steaks (at least 1 inch thick)

In a small bowl, mix the mustard dressing. Brush 1 / 4 cup of the sauce over the fish steaks, covering both sides. Reserve the remaining sauce.

Arrange halibut in a microwave baking dish. Arrange so that the thickest part of fish is to the outer edge of the dish. Cover with plastic wrap and cut a vent slot. Microwave on high for 4-7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with reserved sauce and enjoy.
